It’s Thursday morning! I pray you are all doing well and that your week has been great thus far =).
So as you all now know, I’ve been working diligently on getting everything done to launch the UNPOPULAR website and to make my upcoming poetry book a great success. In doing so, I’ve had the opportunity to speak with so many people about what the movement means, both young and old. I have to say though, the youth have blessed me tremendously.
Seeing the energy and excitement they exude from being a part of the movement is infectious. To be one of the people who tell them that they matter, their opinions matter, and their actions matter has truly been an experience of itself. It’s refreshing to see a cause that can be respected by the whole family. That can be understood by the whole family and represented on their level.
Imagine a world where the youth aren’t afraid to be themselves (silly, happy, serious), where they don’t allow other people to label them. Where they know early on in life that they have a purpose, and their purpose is important… That’s what gives me the greatest joy! Making whatever kind of positive impact I can on the mindset of the future generation. I want them to know that it’s okay to dream, that it’s okay to be different. That they don’t have to tear people down with words. That when God is ready to push you, He’ll make you uncomfortable. That even when things get rough, if we just continue to hunger and thirst for righteousness, this walk could really be simple.
Although some might not embrace it initially, I know they hear the message. And I know that when they need it, they’ll remember it. Anyways, I pray you all have a great day! I love you all and I leave you with this… (I urge you to read it for yourself)
Matthew 18: 1-6 NLT
About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?” Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them. Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven. “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.”
Thanks again, God bless and One love.

P.S. If you’re looking to support by purchasing things from the UNPOPULAR Movement (KS Line), the website will be up and active very soon. You all will know first!
